VOGELSANG bushings are widely accepted based on quality, price and service. Split tension bushings offer cost effective alternative to solid hardened steel bushings. This bushing is made of one of the hardest wear materials on the market, high carbon spring steel and thru hardened. Its split design allows easy insertion, provides constant radial tension, and still offers close ID tolerance for applications with high loads, pivotal or oscillating motions even in dry or adverse environments. One obvious application is it use in clevis or rod ends for hydraulic cylinders.
